Alyssia Commands: These commands work when typed in the #asp.net channel, or any other channel Alyssia resides in. Note that not all commands may be available in all channels.

!dns: Resolves a domain name to its IP address. This command is useful in determining if a domain name is taken or not. Example: !dns dotaspx.net

!dnsnick: Returns information about the nick that you specify. Example: !dnsnick Alyssia

!dow: Retrieves Dow-Jones Industrial Average information and displays it in the channel. Example: !dow

!google: Searches google.com for url results via search terms. This will also search for many other things. Here are some basic examples:

!google [define:|spell:] <search terms> <1+1> <1 cm in ft> <patent ##> <weather city|zip> <??? airport>

!images <search terms> -or- !gi

!local <what> near <where>

-or- !gl

!print <search terms>

!nasdaq: Retrieves NASNMS Composite information and displays it in the channel. Example: !nasdaq

!quote: Performs real-time stock lookup information and displays it in the channel for the stock symbol you specify. For example: !quote MSFT

!quotehelp: Sends a list of stock quote commands that are available to you. The list of commands is sent via the /notice command.

!s&p: Retrieves S&P 500 Index information and displays it in the channel. Example: !s&p

alyssia: Alyssia is a chatterbot that uses Artificial Intelligence to respond to you. To invoke Alyssia, type her name in the channel. Once invoked, Alyssia will respond to your statements and questions until either 1 minute passes without you talking in the channel, or if you tell her to "shut up", literally. If you like being more polite, she will also stop talking if you tell her to "be quiet".

!ls: Lists all of Alyssia's commands. Example: !ls

!translate: Translates text between specified languages. For a list of translate commands, use: !translate. The !trasnlate command is only available to channel members that are +o or +v.

!symantec: Returns information in the latest virus threats from Symantec. Available to ops only. Examples: !symantec, !symantec top, !symantec latest
